No real issues apart from the lift breaking down a couple of times and a room clean that could have been better. The question is would I go back? Unfortunately the vital map showing us where the keys were was missed from the correspondence so it was a frustrating search before we located them. Otherwise, everything was very smooth, the property was excellent but we knew that as it was our second visit. The staff were all very helpful and friendly to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one. Definitely recommend it as a base when visiting Tenerife."

The accommodation is a good mix between a no-frills apartment and a hotel room, which worked really well for a self-catering getaway. There was also entertainment for around an hour each evening, which we liked — enough to give the hotel a bit of atmosphere without it feeling too busy or noisy.
