"Thank you for a wonderful experience staying at One Gem Hotel. The service has been excellent from the moment the driver collected us from the airport and even delivered us to our room. It was a lovely surprise when you upgraded our room for our anniversary - the special gestures from the written letter was so warming. "Super helpful staff. 5 overall room had some minor hits to carpet and curtains that diminished the feeling of a topnotch property. Can’t expect those to be changed out from minor damage but they are noticed. Quality of the build and materials in excellent. Soundproofing is superb so sleep was excellent. Great bed and bedding. Location convenient to excellent food and shopping. "
