"We traveled with another couple and rented two cabins. The front desk manager, Steve, was very accommodating. Our bed was very comfortable and all the amenities were nice. It's all about the view and it was well worth it. The restaurant staff was very nice but their menu could use some upgrading, like more seafood and portions adjusted. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Rent #5 cottage, it's absolutely wonderful! "

"We had a fantastic stay here; the forested location is beautiful and perfectly quiet. The indoor space is thoughtfully laid out, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast on the large deck overlooking the surrounding woods. The listing and the many glowing reviews are 100% accurate. "It was a mother/daughter working weekend. Perfect location. We were at the JD House, queen guesthouse with a fireplace and were able to park right in front. We missed the wine and cheese which was disappointing, we’ll look forward to it next time. I We usually visit once a year so we will definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely stay. "

"Absolutely lovely! Our room was great very spacious and right outside plenty of grass area for our dog to run around. Has many Perfect spots to view the sunsets and access to private beach. We enjoyed our stay so much that we added another night. The staff were very friendly and super nice, they made our stay even better. Looking forward to returning again! "
