Hear the crash of the ocean and enjoy awesome views from multiple decks in this BeachFront beauty! This gorgeous home is pet and family friendly. (Up to 2 pets are allowed at an additional small fee.). Easy access to local shopping and entertainment. Walk or drive right out on the sand..
The space
Updated and comfy place with stunning unobstructed views. Unforgettable vacation awaits! Large deck off the living with nice deck chairs and picnic table for outdoor eating.
Guest access
Whole condo is for your use. A public walkover is right next to this end unit condo, so literally just a walkover and u are toes in the sand!
Other things to note
Bring Bottled Water to drink as all of Surfside has bad drinking water in my opinion.

Perfect Beach Retreat

We had an amazing time. I could let my older kids go swim/play on the beach and watch them from the house. At night we slept with the doors to the outside open and listened to the waves and felt the ocean breeze as we slept

Wonderful Experience!

On the Beach! Grab your beach chairs and you are on the beach in 60 seconds. The Kitchen had all the necessities for cooking. The Grill was very nice too! Everything was clean and check-in was easy and simple. The host was helpful and accommodating. You are walking distance to most of the restaurants on the island. I have a second trip already planned!

Location was perfect, beds were comfortable, place was well stocked with beach chairs, towels, dishes, etc. I am only docking a star due to some non-communicated concerns. The bunkbed ladder was missing and a step stool was set up - it wasn't super safe though. The floor boards were also coming up in many places and stubbed a few toes during our stay. If we had gotten a heads up we would have been fine.

This place was perfect! From the cool beach theme decor, the super comfortable bed to the location. The hosts have provided everything you could possibly need. When looking for a place to stay I read a lot of complaints about the water smelling like rotten egg but you wont have that issue here. I cant wait to go back! I can't wait to fo back.

Great last minute NYE getaway

Great condo..accommodations were perfect for my family. The condo had everything (I was prepared with soap, towels, utensils, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.) But I did not need any of it as this condo was well stocked. Clean and nicely decorated. This was a last minute trip to spend NYE at the beach and pop fireworks. We had a great time.

#1 Stay on Texas Coast!

This beach house was EXACTLY what we wanted! Our military lifestyle means short notice trips whenever we can nab them. With only one day to plan, I never thought we’d find our vacation unicorn: room for all 6 of us to have beds, modern accommodations, front row beach view, pet friendly, and a walkover right outside our door. It was perfect! My 8 year old beach-going connoisseur said it was her favorite house yet. My favorite parts: the master bed is crazy comfy, the washer/dryer in room, two fully stocked showers (a first for us!), a hose to spray everything down before tromping inside, and the view of the sunrise from the back porch in the mornings. Least favorite things: the mosquitoes. Yikes! Has nothing to do with the property, but just know to bring your bug spray and you’ll be fine when the bay wind blows in. Also note: the owners have done a wonderful job stocking bathrooms with plenty of towels (for indoor use), toiletries, toilet paper, and the kitchen with its basics. The bonus of games and books in the living room was great for screen free fun while we whipped up meals. Alan was VERY responsive with all communication. We can’t wait to get back here ASAP!
