Front desk person was extremely rude. The room was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever stepped foot in to. It smelled so bad I almost vomited, there were stains everywhere dirty torn up walls, what looked like vomit on the table and on the side of the bathtub. I am amazed this place has not been condemned.

My room has no hot water, no trash can, bathroom light out and I saw a few bugs. My wife called and got the hot water, trash can, and light issue fixed and room smelled cleaner when I got back there after work.

Good people, bad place.
Bugs in both rooms, power outages caused by a circuit trip, which caused water leaks from fridge... we're all the problems we dealing with. The staff was friendly and kind, and tried really hard to make things right, and took steps to make good when they couldn't.

Very nice property however the people staying were unruly. Corona boxes and beer everywhere. Police and paramedics were called for a domestic disturbance. Not family friendly, but could be because they have a volleyball ourt and area for kids to play

Area was well lit, seemed safe enough. Room felt dingy, floor was grimy. Bed was so hard I might as well have slept on the floor. Pillows were old and lumpy.

Useless kitchen
The studio was in ok condition, but what is the use of all the kitchen equipment if there are no utensils? There were no pots or pans, no plates or cups or cutleries, no coffee filters or coffee. So the kitchen was useless to have and, yet, the reason why booked the room.

The filthy room from hell....
I' in my mid 70's and have stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms in my lifetime and this... by far was the worst ever! I opened the door and CLEARLY that room hasn’t been clean. I mean it was horrible it even still had the previous guest clothes still in the drawer. So I went back to the front desk to let him know it was not clean and he said it would take time! The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower was disgusting, the toilet seat was broken had cigarette ashes on it, the bed sheets were stained, the towels were stained, the floor felt greasy and sticky, the mirror was dirty and the overall hotel was filthy. We were in total shock. Then the real problems started! The commode backed up 3 times in two days and the sinks and the bath tub were slow drainers. When showering, we stood in dirty soapy water. Left as early as possible because we just wanted to get out of there because we couldn’t cancel unfortunately due to the fact we came all the way from Florida to Texas and by the time we saw the room it was too late to cancel. I even tried calling to get my money back which didn’t work. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone. This hotel is a health menace and should be closed down by the local health department.

You get what you pay for.
Cheap and not so cheerful. Cleanliness was pretty abysmal and throw in early season bugs crawling on floor and walls.... The picture of the room on hotels.com website is probably 10 years old so factor that into your judgement. Some room lights kept tripping. Not so good if you are in the shower. Pay extra go somewhere else.

Room was clean and updated. Has a full size fridge, microwave, 2 burners, toaster and coffee maker. Has no pots, pans or anything to eat or cook with. Pointless to have a kitchen but the full size fridge was nice. Price was right. No issues.

Not to great!
Hole in the wall, electric kept going off so I had to keep hitting reset buttons, microwave, toaster, and tv all did not work. Water ran constantly in bathtub. Positives- fenced area for dogs (they need a trash for poo though). Hot water in shower. Staff was friendly. East to get to.

We had a excellent time at this hotel and honestly was surprised by the amazing condition of the room. I had read some of the reviews and was worried that it may possibly be unclean or have bugs. However this was not the case and was obviously been remodeled very recently. We were on the back end and didn’t hear any road noise. The staff was accommodating and allowed us to check out an hour late when we arrived at 4am. Definitely will stay again if we come back to Temple!
