"My family and I stayed here for one night and we have no complaints. There is a Publix and a service station within walking distance. There are sidewalks, the streets are well lit and crossings have been provided. Please use the crosswalks as the traffic in this area is pretty heavy and at times pretty fast. The atrium of the hotel is pictured as it is online. The room was clean and very comfortable for our stay. It was also pretty spacious. If visiting the are again, we would stay here. We did not eat the breakfast but there was a microwave in the lobby that we used to reheat our leftovers."

"The staff was excellent. They were friendly and responsive to all of our requests. The property is clean and well kept. There is nothing fancy about the rooms, but ours was clean and well stocked with supplies. The restaurant and waterfront atmosphere are the attractions of the property. The views are stunning, but DO NOT go expecting to be beachfront."

"The rooms were great. Views were great. Kitchens had blenders and toasters among stocked necessities. Great location. Publix and restaurants nearby. Great pool hours! Saw dolphins from balcony! Drinks in bar are bit overpriced, maybe do more of a selection for happy hour and some happy hour apps. The chicken tacos are amazing from restaurant. The pool is fun to spend day in. More umbrellas would Be amazing! Definitely a new staycation spot!"

"Staff was not helpful, questions and requests were ignored. We were to be in a double room, not, a king room, and we went to the front desk immediately after we checked our room, but, staff did not acknowledge our questions, and ignored us, even while standing in front of them, they looked passed us, as if we were not there. No hot water to shower. We requested to have hot water repaired or move us to new room. No response was given and no repair was provided and we were not moved to another room. Maintenance did not even come to our room. It was very disappointing that both requests were ignored by staff, and nothing was done to satisfy either issue. This is not the normal service that we have received at other Wyndham, we frequently stay at when traveling. Terrible customer service, communication, and most of all, very unprofessional. We travel a great deal, and our “go-to-hotels” are the Wyndham as well as the Hilton, after this experience in Tampa, it will definitely be the Hilton next time in Tampa."
