Great place to stay

I had to switch hotels because the one I was at was really awful. I hoped this would be better. It DID NOT disappoint. I'm so happy I switched. Service was great and bed was comfy.

The hotel is brand new and there were some teething problems as is to be expected. The fitness centre was not ready for use. The room had annoying night lights in the bed head that could not be turned off. It was so annoying a technician was called to disconnect the wiring. This greatly disrupted our first nights sleep. The drain in the shower had some annoying valve in it that kept popping even after shower was complete. Technician had to remove it. Otherwise the breakfasts were fantastic and a very nice hotel. Further detailed cleaning after construction is still required. Im sure Novotel will rectify the initial start up problems.

Staff were very courteous and explained various hotel features. Their website indicates shuttle service between the hotel and airport is provided but was unable to reach hotel before my trip to arrange for this. Not a big deal since the hotel is close tp YIA airport, but the kicker was that the reception said hotel shuttle is provided to all guests, but if they don't provide instructions or answer the call this could turn off some guests.

今回は2回目の利用です。 顧客も結構満足していました。 喫煙のところ禁煙ルームになっていたので翌日に一室アップグレードしてくれました。 スタッフも若い人が多く気持ち良い対応です。 トイレットペーパーが少なかったたら、浴室のノブが外れていたりとマイナートラブルが有りました。 朝食は美味しいので朝食込みをおすすめします。 ハンバーガーもなかなか美味いです。 近くにビーチが有りましたが、あまり綺麗な海ではなかったです。 これからもジョグジャカルタ行く時にはこちらに2泊してからジョグジャカルタ入りのルーティーンで行きます。 ホテルのピックアップは、what’s up メッセージでドライバーと話せるので安心できます。

pareltje op korte afstand van YIA airport

fijn hotel op slechts paar minuten rijden van de luchthaven (YIA) (makkelijk bereikbaar door de gratis shuttle die om het uur gaat. kamers heel erg netjes / modern. goed schoon gemaakt groot zwembad erbij vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel mooi restaurant op 11e verdieping (aanrader zonsondergang bekijken vanaf daar mooi uitzicht over de rijstvelden (bergen) diner erg goed, veel keuzes. ontbijt, ook erg goed en vers. voor zowel westers als oosterse liefhebbers genoeg keuzes. kinderbedjes / stoelen beschikbaar.
