James / Roy was very communicative and easy to connect with anytime I had questions! The vrbo was described exactly to my expectations when I originally booked it. I loved the views outdoor and inside felt like home. Would recommend and stay here again!

The property was great. We used all the amenities. The kids loved the pool table and hang out area. We spent multiple days at the amazing pool. This house is made for entertaining. It has everything you need to cook, two different grills. The host was quick to respond especially when we wanted the spa heated. This will cost a little extra but was worth it for us. It is a great property with amazing views and close proximity to the vineyards.
