Home Truths: - Our home is in a rural area where wildlife and insects are common. While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences. - We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. - Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $250 plus tax per day and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. - Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. - Please note that the master bedroom opens directly to the staircase leading to the main floor and does not have a door. - Please note that due to its secluded location, cell reception and wifi are limited at our home. - This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property. - Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine - Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival. - The built-in BBQ island area is under construction and not accessible for guest use. We have added a standalone barbecue for guests to use. - Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. - Wedding Ceremonies are not allowed at this home. - No events are authorized unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and any type of social event. - All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). - Please note that all bathtub jets have been disabled for health and safety reasons. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are provided in the master closet. - Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. - The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. - Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival. - Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
Parking Details: The garage can accommodate 2 vehicles. The casita driveway and the main house driveway can accommodate a total of 11 cars. No street parking.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The house itself is clean, well set-up, and provided our very large group with absolutely everything we could need. The land this house is on is beautiful, with special little quaint spots and features hidden all over the 5-acres. This was one of our favorite trips ever, and we would highly recommend!!! While some of the lights by the barbecue area did not work, there were almost no issues whatsoever the entire time we stayed, and the host was extremely quick to respond to any of our needs which was amazing!!
We had an unforgettable experience during our 4 day stay at this property with our children and grandchildren. The beautiful and hick-able grounds offered the younger members of the family the chance to be active and explore while there was a lot to keep the adults busy.
The local management team was responsive and took care of all our needs immediately.
I highly recommend this property.
This is probably the first time where the property looks even better in person than in pictures, and the pictures were already gorgeous.
We rented this place to host a bunch of friends who came from out of town to celebrate my wedding, and this VRBO comfortable fit everyone. Had so much fun and very memorable

My husband and I enjoyed a cozy family getaway close to home for our birthday. We had an amazing time at the Temecula property, which was situated in a picturesque setting. We really appreciated all the amenities the property offered. Despite encountering a few minor hiccups with some property features, we were all super impressed by the exceptional customer service and prompt reaction provided by the AvantStay field team. Thank you ALL so much. We had a wonderful weekend.
A big shout out to AvantStay the property manager. The original property we booked became unavailable and we had to choose another property, we picked Wilson Creek and it was amazing. We were a group of 12 and had a great time at the house, there is so much to do at the property. We did have some issues with the pool and spa as they were not heating as expected but the property manager was very responsive and helped to resolve the issues quickly. If we return to the area we will certainly look to book the same property. It was a wonderful and memorable vacation.

The house inside it’s good!! But the outside the house looks abandoned. I think it needs a lot of repair from the outside, the pool It was too cold the water and the Jacuzzi never worked so we never got to use it, and when I saw the pictures of the Advertising, the house look completely different then what I saw . I think that the prices that they charge me is too high for what I got because I have rent in the past in Florida in Tennessee and other places and the price was less and more new , cleaner and beautiful. I was not happy with what I got. But thank you for your services.

Our host was exceptional! From the moment we booked, communication was prompt and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their local recommendations were spot-on, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip.
The amenities provided were top-notch. From a fully-equipped kitchen to a spacious living area, every detail was considered. The house was a perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. We were just a short drive away from the renowned wineries and local attractions, making our exploration of the area seamless.
One of the highlights was the children running around the orchids and enjoying the oranges and just feeling so free. This was such an amazing experience!
Beautiful property that was well maintained. The property manager was accessible and checked on us often. If you have a large family then give this property a second look.
Hosts were very responsive. Huge property and perfect for our family get-together. Pool does take awhile to heat (which they noted), so think ahead about if you want this during your stay! We brought our 2 small dogs. The property is expansive and some parts aren’t completely fenced, and we did see coyotes one morning, so please take care of your pups if you bring them. Would definitely stay here again.
House and property were as advertised. Great communication with owner. They were very responsive to a small issue we had and took care of it quickly. Leaves and debris in the outside common areas could have been cleaned up better, but overall a nice property.
The house was perfect for our stay. My family from Michigan stayed for my wedding and was the best vacation in the best home ‘ great for kids and adults and close to wineries and old town.

Exactly as pictured
Check in was super easy, property was exactly as pictured and described, fully stocked with towels and soap/shampoo, kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfy. No complaints!
Our stay was great. We had a couple of glitches when we got there but management was very responsiv
The house was great for our needs and the size of our family. Outside pond was stagnant and not as pretty as the pictures. Lots of stairs if you have older people in your group. But our overall stay was great.
The number of mature trees alone is enough to give this house five stars. The orchards are so much fun, the pool and spa are a treat for everyone, and the view of the pond and hills is delightful, especially in SoCal “winter”! Nestled in what feels like its own valley, but only a handful of minutes to old town, this place is special! We’ll be back.

We had a very good time at this place. This property is conveniently located near the shopping and downtown Temecula. All the facilities were in working order. VRBO staff was very supportive and were available at all the time.
I could only suggest that they should very precisely mention that 2 out of 24 will only get Three fold Forms to sleep. Other then this we were very happy to stay here and will definitely consider coming here again.
