"Booked a king bed room but given queen and a single . Refuse to provide king bed room even available as higher rate room. Customer should get our demand when we book as king bed. "
"Location is perfect with lots of hawker stalls nearby and super near to a very beautiful beach. Only no amenities like shampoo, toilet paper in the bathroom. "
"Mr. Joe & his staff was so friendly & helpful. I've stay for 3day & 2 night. The surrounding was good & the breakfast also very nice . Only a few things I think that they can improve is to provide a tea/coffe & mug in the room because they provide cattle but no mug provided. I have to borrow from the cafe & also the television on my room is not function properly. The channel sometimes got sometime none. But overall is ok & the pool also good . Convineant for family with children since the...
"Great stay. Super helpful staff who really made things easy with moto rental and dropping it off at the ferry terminal on our way out. Room is fine and everything has been recently painted. "
"Location is good. We stayed at room #5 with sea view and got small balcony to spend time. Room space can fit 4-5 pax. Maybe can put small fridge in the room as the weather is so hot. Got a chocolate shop, souvenir shop and mini mart downstairs. Many restaurants along the road but mostly closed during our stay. Little more busier and noisier during the weekend as people are busking at night. "
"They said no info from Expedia and refused to stay though I showed confirmation numbers etc. Their system not connected to Expedia they said. Better check otherwise same bad experience repeat by others "
"I had a bad experience with suria beach resorts. My room has double booking information by the owner. they said already info hotel.com.
They only accept bookings by call. Regardless of online hotel.com reservations. Feeling empty and shy in the hotel ... like asking for alms to get a room.

Stunning resort on private island, a perfect trip!
"I cannot overstate how amazing Pangkor Laut Resort is! Everything about this stay was perfect. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived at the jetty for our boat transfer. The property itself is stunning! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by name and were offered an upgrade from our hill villa to an over water villa (spa villa). We loved every minute of our stay! I would highly recommended the complimentary jungle walk which is offered to guests where you get a chance to learn about the nature and animals around the island. It was truly such a great trip! Only negative was the pools were a bit warm and not as cool and refreshing as we would have liked for the hot, humid weather - we mentioned this on check-out and staff were super apologetic (probably our own fault for not mentioning it earlier to them). But overall it was a 10/10 and worth every penny! We will definitely go back :)"

"The hotel is built beautifully. Lots of activities around and the activities court are well maintained.
There’s the beach, golf course and pools! The pool area is big and very kid friendly! It’s a family pool with slides and stuff!
The room is nice with actually really good toiletries.
The ONLY unpleasant thing was the the room had a lot of flies! And I think it’s normal and unavoidable. The room came with fly swatter that the hotel advised us to use! Which I found fun but also after getting rid of a lot of flies it was a bit yuck."
