    "The hotel's location might be good, but I wasn't satisfied with some of the services. For example, the elevators were so slow that I waited 15 minutes for one to arrive. Also, the pool water was cold, and I couldn't enjoy swimming. My room wasn't cleaned despite my having a cleaning card. I asked for slippers, and three times they brought me a toothbrush; there seems to be a communication problem."
