If you're searching for direct access to the slopes, look no further. This is an ideal, condo that was completely renovated in 2014, offering great views and true ski-in/out access. Come in off the slopes or from another adventure to an open-concept living area and begin to prepare a hot meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Once you're satiated, head outside for a proper soak in the shared pool and hot tub.

This quiet location is close to everything in Telluride, whether you're visiting in summer or winter. It has everything you need, and nothing you don't. There's even a queen sofa bed in the living room (in addition to the two bedrooms), so bring your party of six to Telluride!

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

Ski shuttle details: There is a free shuttle bus called the Galloping Goose that loops the circumference of town. There are various bus stops where you can load up your ski's and take a ride to the Gondola.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved staying at this property. The beds were comfortable and the living room was cozy. The kitchen was well equipped. Short walk into town and the property was quiet. We barely heard any of the neighbors. We will definitely be staying again.

Really enjoyed our summer stay in Telluride! Just to clarify, the hot tub is shared (description is unclear). The free shuttle every 15 minutes makes a stop right outside the door, which is a great feature. Views from the back porch (and pretty much everywhere) are pretty amazing.

Well Stocked and Great Location

The view out the back door was gorgeous! We also loved how clean the home was. We have never stayed on the West end of town but we absolutely loved how quiet and peaceful it was. A big plus was the well stocked kitchen. There were plenty of cups, mugs, pots, pans and everything we needed to prepare meals. The internet was quite slow but we didn't mind that as we were there to spend family time together and didn't need to be distracted by devices. We would definitely book this place again!

Good value, great location.

Overall a very good place to stay for a short summer family get away. Great views, easily walkable to restaurants and shops and the gondola to the mountain village. Appreciated the fans in the closet, we ended up running a fan most of the time we were there. Not 5 star as there were some areas of opportunity in the kitchen shared directly with the host/management. Also a word to the wise, many of the outlets have one plug connected to a wall switch so if something doesn’t work when you plug it in then try to find the switch attached to it.

Great place - poor internet

This place was great except for 2 dings against it. First, the hot tub was not working and Vacasa refused to find another, comparable place for us with a hot tub. Second, the internet was so bad we had to work from the public library. We asked for new internet and we’re given Verizon hot spots that were slower than the internet. Stay here if you want to disconnect, do not stay here if you are planning on working remotely.

Nice stay over Labor Day

We enjoyed our stay in 106 Etta. Check in was simple and parking was easy. Condo was very clean and updated. Internet was spotty and you had to be near the modem to connect (modem is in master bedroom). When we arrived, the weather was very hot. The last two days, however, were cold with snow. The owner has the baseboard heat and fireplace turned off during the summer, so we had to have someone come in to turn on the heat. The fireplace stayed off and we couldn’t use it. The pool was not useable and had green water in it. I assumed the same for the hot tub, but did not check (didn’t see anyone using it). There were people above us who we could hear talking and walking around. The place is not very sound proof. Overall as average place to stay in Telluride.

Location cannot be beat!

The location is absolutely perfect if you are skiing or going to enjoy the mountain. It is less than a two minute walk to the ticket office and chair lift. I literally skied all the way to the condo complex door each day, no trudging or carrying skis, although it would have been painless if I had too. The location is a bit too far to walk to town but it’s only a short drive and parking was readily available during our stay. A few notable things to consider however is the possible noise from guests staying in unit above. During our stay the noise was obnoxious, despite kindly asking them to be more mindful. It sounded like a herd of elephants all morning and evening as they did whatever they were doing to create so much noise. Also, the hot tub was not available, so we were unable to enjoy after a day on the slopes. The beds were definitely not mid level hotel comfort or quality, as many other reviews have noted. Overall, I would stay here again if all of the amenities were available and someone could help with upstairs noise.
