Find style and space in this lovingly curated flat located on the quiet west end of Telluride. Labeled "mostly minimalist" and exuding a chic and whimsical design element, this large and long condo offers guests quick access to Lift 7, the idyllic river trail, our majestic valley floor and historic downtown. Inside, guests will enjoy thoughtful creative touches, a cozy electric fireplace, two bedrooms (king & queen) w/ private baths and ample shared spaces to enjoy the company you keep! Oh and a shared pool & hot tub on site!

THE SPACE:

This one story flat has been fully renovated and is bright, light, contemporary, and clean! Plants, books, sheepskin, and a toasty electric fireplace, make it feel like home. The open layout has living/kitchen/dining in one beautifully designed space. The kitchen is contained within a big island, with storage on both sides provisioned with baking supplies and a few food staples. A cozy bedroom, separated from the main space by a heavy velvet curtain, has a luxe king sized bed, a dresser and closet, and a wall mounted TV. The second bedroom, with a luxe queen, has a door to the exterior, and offers total privacy from the front room. The bathrooms each have private toilet rooms separated by a sliding door. The front bath has a generous shower with two shower heads. Ample towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps are provided.

This is a private condo with a private entry landing off of Pacific Avenue, so no creepy hallways or dark alleys.

The unit has a private covered parking spot located in the Lulu City garage.

The pool and hot tub are available for use and accessible by a key fob. There’s a firepit, BBQ, and some tables and seating out by the pool that you’re welcome to use!

We had a great stay, super cute and clean, Amzingly comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, great access to the river trail, and host was very responsive! *hint- microwave is in the primary bedroom, not in the kitchen.
