Located on Sunset Plaza in the heart of Mountain Village, Blue Mesa Lodge and Condos offer the perfect location for your vacation year-round. This home offers prime skiing access.
You enter this room from the 3rd-floor interior hallway accessed by an elevator. In the room, you'll find a comfortable sitting area with a balcony that has views of the plaza below and the San Sophia Ridge beyond. The living space also has a 55-inch flatscreen TV with a DVD player and a quaint dining area with seating for two. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini-fridge, two-burner stovetop, coffee maker with starter coffee, toaster, sink, and dishes provided for guest use. The sleeping area consists of two queen beds. There is a shower/tub combination in the bathroom. Blue Mesa also offers ground-floor ski lockers and a common laundry room.
All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.
*Home Truths:* - There is no A/C at this property. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - The complex offers a common laundry room and ski lockers for each unit. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. - Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.
Parking Details: - There is one assigned parking spot in the garage for this unit. - Garage Height: 6'8". - Local parking lots available for additional fees. Please see the booking hub for more details once booking is confirmed. - No street parking. - Large vehicles will not fit. No reimbursement will be given if guests cannot use the spot provided.

We had such a wonderful time staying in unit 32A Blue Mesa. The view was breathtaking and the accommodations for comfortable, clean and perfect for our family.
Great location! Easy check in! Great communication with the host! One down fall? It would be nice to have a larger refrigerator?

Actually a good place - till Avant Stay nags you
Like the property. Live the location. Some silly stuff like needs a new way to lock the toilet seat down and there’s not a lot of lights.
The real problem is Avant Stay calling a month later to see if you’ll leave a good review.
We stayed here while visiting Telluride to see the fall colors. We loved how conveniently located the condo was and enjoyed riding the gondola around town. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had stunning views of the San Juan Mountains. I loved eating breakfast on the patio and watching the gondola pass by.
We came to visit Telluride. This condo was the perfect location. We were able to take the free gondola to Telluride from Mountain Village instead of having to drive and pay for parking. The condo was clean and had a great view.
I took my mom out of town for a few days to relax and this is just what we both needed. Enjoyed everything about Mountain Village. Everything we needed was within walkning distance. I will probably bring the family up to stay and ski! Thank you for everything!
Great, convenient location steps from the Gondola!
This is more like an oversized hotel room than an apartment. We only used the kitchen area for coffee but I'm sure it would be adequate for quick meals. Super comfortable beds. Quick walk to the Gondola station. We stayed with two people (one adult, one teenager) and it was perfect for us.

Location is great. Its time to update property. Bedding looking very worn, one chair very snagged. No USB outlets. It just needs to be redone. Plugs wouldnt stay in all outlets, toilet paper roller wouldnt stay in properly. It's just worn and tired.
If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to up the pillow game for your this unit. They felt like a large square of foam. Other than that it was perfectly provisioned for us. Great windows and parking. It was a bit dated but the price was appreciated.
Communication from the property owner was fantastic. It made finding and accessing the property an easy process. The property was spotless and in an ideal location; mere steps from the Town Gondola, Village Gondola, Chondola and Village Express Lift. We were on the mountain in seconds. It was ideal for my wife and I, but I feel it would be too small for four.
Property was located perfectly. Very easy access with parking garage underneath. Everything was just as described. And we really enjoyed the proximity to the restaurants and gondola.
However, the restaurant down below had extensive outdoor seating and was noisy at times. They quieted down after 10 o’clock, but left their outdoor lighting on all night. The room really needs blackout drapes. We found it to be very light and difficult to sleep after we went to bed. Also, while the beds were comfortable, the mattress cover was too thick and retained heat. With no air conditioning, air flow in the room was very static, Ceiling fans would help and be most welcome. Also, there were birds chirping outside about 4 o’clock in the morning every morning. We had to keep our windows open at night due to the static airflow to stay cool and that made the birds just outside the window extremely noisy.
Overall, we had a great stay, however, obtaining a good night sleep was challenging for us.
Excellent accommodations. Only complaint is the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, and the unit needs a freezer for ice. If it's cold enough outside one can store ice on the deck. Otherwise, no place to save ice.
