2-BR loft home, private lake for fishing/swimming, Tell City area rural estate
You will enjoy the peace and serenity of this rolling 9 acre estate just minutes from Tell City and many excellent restaurants, stores, bowling alley, and movie theater. Fish or swim off the pier of our little private Lake Anita. Enjoy the wooded view from the rear balcony or have a meal on the patio. Your home is fully fit and furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and office area. There is a clothes washer and dryer, The home is very bright and features an open loft style layout with a full bathroom and bedroom with queen bed on the main level and an additional full bathroom and bedroom on the lower level with two twin beds. We are less than an hours drive from Santa Claus, Holiday World Water & Amusement Park, Wilmstead Safari and animal encounter, various caves, horseback riding, Patolka Lake, Hoosier National Forest, various boat ramps on the Ohio River and much more. There are numerous family oriented fairs and festivals throughout the year in the surrounding communities. Driving here is uncongested and the rural scenery is lovely and so are the people.
