Overall positive experience & great in-room amenities. Our room heating was broken since it is an older building, but they moved us. If you have one of the Gold Lounge rooms, be aware that it has limited hours based on occupancy for that day and we weren’t able to get breakfast at 9:30 am, or lunch at noon another day so that was disappointing. The cider at the front desk was wonderful!

The staff were so sweet & so helpful. The room had a funny smell. The was no water pressure in the bathroom sink. We were on the 2nd floor & the elevator was down almost the whole time.
