"I requested late checkout over 24 hours prior to standard checkout time and the host didn’t respond until an hour before 10 am our final day. The home itself was pretty dirty, and the water pressure in the showers was terrible.Overall, it was a okay stay and had everything we needed, but for the price we paid it left a lot to be desired.Requesting late checkout and not getting a response other than to be told “no” an hour before the actual checkout time was pretty frustrating."

"This was our third time staying here so obviously we like the house and hosts. The view is incredible, the yard is sprawling and the wrap around deck allows you to enjoy watching all the local birds. It was chilly, so we made good use of the fireplace. The property is pet-friendly and the yard is fully fenced. Great kitchen with everything you need. Two thumbs up!"

"This was a great home for our family gathering. Private bedrooms for multiple couples & adult children. It is clean & spacious. Deck has plenty of room for everyone & a comfy swing that was constantly occupied. Working bbq grill & hot tub definitely came in handy. The game room was a lot of fun! We utilized the boat rental & they made it simple & easy for us. Basketball & kayaking- yes & yes! We cooked several meals so the extra oven & refrigerator downstairs worked out nicely.We didn’t watch TV the whole time, there’s too many other things to do!"

" We enjoyed the house but all agree 3.5/5 While the view was a definite 5/5, sitting on the porch every morning and evening was a beauty of a scene the house itself wasn’t. We had dead cockroaches on arrival, during the stay and even a live one, along with spider webs. I think having renters come someone should have made sure the house was actually ready for human guest! The kids ended up sleeping on the couch and bean bag as they thought the bunks were hard and the king bed was super soft and the edge made you slip off …probably needs replacing.I think for the amount of people able to sleep the living room needs more furniture to accommodate with better comfort. The red chairs were not enjoyed. The water heater also wasn’t enough for the amount of people we had. It was not adequate and had to stagger and wait for heat."

"We had a few hiccups on the property nothing major, but Anna was so quick to respond with an answer, and also offered property manager to come out if we couldn’t resolve with her instructions which we never had to happen. It was a great stay and a great property."
