"Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room. It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away. "Pros: The property was very clean. It was very useful to have a large fridge/freezer, full oven and washing machine. Location was good with a car and parking was always available nearby. Large grocery stores within a 5-10 minute drive. Vecindario is a good location for travelling north and south in Gran Canaria via the GC1. Cons: The property could use a few more mugs, plates and microwaveable dishes."

"Excellent hotel, second time here. Fantastic facilities, view from the Pool is amazing! Food fantastic, room modern and clean, staff are great and work very hard! Room cleaned daily. Glass lift from hotel down to Puerto Rico harbour and amadores beach is fab! Really recommend this hotel."
