Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good"

"Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Good location, close to the Botanical Garden and a 5 minute walk to the mall. Great staff that fixed everything you asked for. Nice bar area with excellent food and drinks at a reasonable price. The only complain that I had was at the breakfast were the juice machine made some undrinkable juice.

"BigLand Hotel Bogor gave me excellent service with a free upgrade. When I got sick, the staff truly cared for me. Clean rooms, multiple restaurants, and a beautiful rooftop with live music. Only issue: nearby mosques start at 4 a.m., but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, very happy stay!"

"One of the less expensive hotels I looked at but with the best reviews and i can see why now! Excellent in every way and all the staff were so respectful, helpful and friendly. Special mention for Peni , a trainee, who went out of her way to help me. Also Sheira . Both ladies are a real asset to the Hotel . I initially booked for a week but extended to 3 weeks here bcs I rate it so highly "

"When I searched for the hotel it showed me that it is a 5 star hotel but it wasn’t, it was a 4 star hotel. It was very noisy in the weekend and that is because the rooms are not sound proof. Food in the restaurants was not that good and I was served a smiley spoiled fish. Also the price was a little expensive for such type of hotel. Frankly speaking will never stay there again. "
