"This was a really beautiful place to stay, but the front office was just awful. No help or information whatsoever in trying to accommodate the guests in information about the hotel, the surrounding area and things to do in the hotel. In addition, one day our room was not cleaned and the front desk didn’t want to compensate in any manner except that they were “sorry”. Didn’t even offer anything to help rectify the mistake."

Air conditioner in the room works based on motion. In the middle of the night the ac turned off and I had to wake up and shake my hands few times for it to start working again. Not fun at all !!! 3. A large group of young people from USA arrived to Hotel and there was a lot of noises, screaming, out loud music even late evenings but administration did nothing to calm down. Swimming pool and Gym open only from 10:00 am to 5 pm Breakfast was VERY GOOD!! "
