"Hotel has great location in the city centre. Decent size room, clean bathroom, all a little bit dated. Balcony with nice view over the river Vah. Good air-conditioning. Decent size indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace. Various saunas. Excellent breakfast, Overall great value."

"For the place it's nice hotel. It has some flaws but overall I'd go there again. Hotel is nicely designed but the rooms could be better equipped. We had full board, the buffet breakfast could be better, but I understand they can't put tons of food for total aprox 10 people accommodated in the hotel during our stay. The lunch and dinner was excellent. "

"Accommodation was generally clean and tidy, and staff were mainly pleasant."

"Beautifully maintained property and great amenities. "

"Wonderful new place. Great location. Will be back"

"Room was excellent. Very few staff spoke English but fortunately we spoke German which seems to be their second language."

"Excellent place and very unique and historical. The hot tubs and amenities are a must. A bit expensive vs other options but worth it. The breakfast and dinner were delightful as well!"

"Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice...

"Lovely family Hotel. We were very satisfied. Room was clean, with A/C. Beds were comfortable in an historical style. The hotel is a bit older, but that adds to its charm and impression. We liked the breakfast and absolutelly everything. We recomended it with all 10 fingers :)"

"They email said the room is ready at 14.00pm… at 16:30pm door looked, no access to the property, no staff at reception. After making a call extra30 minutes to wait till one person arrived. Been given a room such smells of urine that l was out of the room in seconds with my asthma😱been given an another room. Infested with mosquitos.restless nights because of them, my body is covered with bites, itching swollen arms and face. The room walls covered with black spots l think from others before me...

"Helpful staff. Updated bathroom. A better selection of fresh fruit and pastries at breakfast would be nice!"
