"Excellent selection of food and drinks in all restaurants. Staff are very polite and friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. A daily WhatsApp message gave information about the day’s events. "The property was very clean. From the moment you arrived , you can see it’s a very clean and maintained property. They met us at the front entrance. Asked what if I needed help. "First of all, if you are from UK dont ever think to go there. Staff speaks Russian language and all signes are in their language some not even in Turkish. Internet didnt worked on our phones but other guest were able to logg in. They have entertaintment that wasnt bad. Hotel needs renovation and some staff training. Food diverse but more of traditional russian cuisine . The biggest advantage is that hotel is on the beach and few minutes of city center."
