"Wonderful little hotel in the heart of the city. Incredibly good for the price and the receptionist waited until very late in the evening when we had an issue at the airport. "

"Very cute hotel located in a great location. Property is very neat and clean. Very convenient and there are shops and restaurants in every street around the hotel. "Our hotel room was like an apartment - 2 rooms, a living room, bathroom and kitchenette. It had lots of mirrors - traveling on all girls trip and having plenty of mirrors was awesome. The location was very convenient with lots of shops and dining options. The only problem I had was breakfast which was little bit away from the property in a different restaurant. Overall a good experience. "

"We really enjoyed how to work. The location is perfect. It’s very close to the town so you can go and see so many beautiful spots. There are in town. The marina and the old town is so close very easy parking underground and the breakfast was really good. I will recommend it."
"Based just above the port in the old town, the hotel is in an ideal location within a quiet setting but close to lots of restaurants and bars.
The rooms are a good size and our cleaner was excellent. Also, didn’t hear any noise leaking from the room next to us, only the occasional guest who arrived late and made lots of noise going to their room, which isn’t the fault of the hotel.
There is a pool that is a good size with plenty of sun beds in both the sun and shade. Even with the handful of guests who ‘saved’ sun beds in multiple areas (a pet peeve of mine) there were plenty for everyone. Additionally there is a hammock and plenty of towels to use outside.
The gym, though small, was adequate with a treadmill, multi purpose resistance training area and a small selection of free weights.
The breakfasts covered a good selection of hot and cold food with seating inside and outside.
Directly opposite the restaurant is a good walk directly down to the port, which is better option than the steps if you go past the hotel, keeping the hotel on your right, as those steps are very steep and uneven.
A note if you have mobility issues, the walk into most of the old town is up one of two steep roads, having said that they don’t take long to climb so don’t be put off staying at the hotel as it’s worth it just, ensure you wear gripped shoes/trainers if it’s wet."
Dogan Hotel by Prana Hotels & Resorts - Special Class

"In the heart of old town - we were able to walk around and explore the area easy. There were spots to park the rental car out front. Staff was wonderful. Would recommend staying there. "
"Second place I stayed at and it was really nice. Had a beautiful seating area on the lobby area to wait for ur check in-in or airport transfer. Wishing I stayed here longer as it was across the street from Handria Gate and Old Town. With kids the maximum distance in time to see Hadrian gate/ Old town/ Hadriliki Tower, Marina, Clock Tower was about 30 minutes walking through and back! "
"Hotel was very centrally located and I felt safe in the neighborhood. I was a 10 min walk from Old Town and about 20 min from a nice Beach area (beach area was over 5km long). There were lots of restaurants and shopping right out the front door. They also had 2 ATM machines literally in the front wall of the hotel building. The taxi stand was 1 block away.
The room and the hotel was clean. Don’t even bother with the weight room-it was a joke. They really should put some weightlifting machines in there. There was a couple of treadmills and an exercise bike.
The Turkish breakfast was amazing!! There is literally about 7 tables of food, although not any kind of familiar “American food” (except for bread and fruit). It was quite a sight to behold and it stayed very well stocked. Personally, it wasn’t the type of food I would eat at breakfast, but it was beautifully prepared and displayed! A lot of work goes into that!!"
