There is no fresh air in the room because the window couldn’t open. The weather was good in the morning, we wanted to get a fresh air, but We couldn’t open the window. In my opinion the hotel room should has openable window.

The service and staff were great, cleanliness is much appreciated, my only complaint is the air conditioning, it felt a bit dusty, and the pillows felt like your head was raised on a stone, I mean for this price range I expected a bigger and cozier place, even with the prior understanding that the rooms are executive orientated.

Cental location
Hotel was modern and comfortable. Location just in front of Walmart, Starbucks and Santander Bank. Next to Walmart is a small shoppimg center with another full service bank.

great location and clean; check in was complicated
Check in was difficult -- we had made our reservation through hotels.com and it was complicated once we got on site. Once that was straightened out, it was a really good place to stay -- centrally located with easy access to shopping, clean, secure and just what we needed.

Nice practical hotel
It’s a good hotel, with a good value to cost ratio. A plus is that it includes a small buffet breakfast. The only complaint would be the pillows. The staff is very nice and attentive. The location is very good.

If you are a tourist, stay away
Reserved 2 rooms, one had a horrible smell , asked front desk oswaldo Hernandez to change one room upon my return from dinner, on my return he refused to change rooms even though he was able to do so. he also refused to cancel reservation. Very bad customer service and dirty rooms . I complained the next day to the female general manager who turned out to be low class calling me arrimado because I am a American citizen of Mexican descent. I you are a tourist stay away. Cuartos apestosos, personal pre potente. ya entiendo porque tienen tanta seguridad , no para proteger a el cliente , sino para protegerse ellos de los clientes que reclaman la horrible condición de los cuartos y su trato al cliente . No vayan ahí

Nice place to stay when passing through
My husband and I stayed here on our way to Oaxaca. This hotel was very clean and well kept. Located in a shopping center right next to a WalMart and a movie theater. The staff were friendly and professional. With our bad Spanish, it was nice that some of them spoke some English. We traveled via motorcyle and there wasn't "safe" parking for the bike, but we dealt with it and parked right in front of the hotel in their main parking area. The surrounding area seemed safe and well kept, like a good part of town. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. It included plenty of towels and free toiletries. The AC worked well, and the wi-fi was decent. It was quiet and relaxing as well, with no outside noise coming in. The bed was comfortable and YAY no lumpy pillows! It had a TV, desk, etc. Overall a good room. Breakfast was included the next morning and had plenty to choose from. Coffee, tea, water, juice, eggs, chips, beans, lots of bread choices, yogurt, a ton of fruit, etc. One of the better hotel breakfast's I've experienced in Mexican hotels. Overall, a good, clean hotel and nice place to stay while pacing through Tehuacan.
