Beautiful and luminous holiday home located in a tourist area of Costa Teguise close to all services and 15 minutes walking from the beach. New construction complex with swimming pool and sunbed area.

One-bedroom apartment with double bed and sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower tray. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, 4-burner hob, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, etc.

There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Smart TV in the living room and fast WiFi with fibre.

Beautiful terrace with a view of Costa Teguise village, very quiet and cosy.

Terrace equipped with comfortable chill out sofa to relax outdoors.

Nice stay in Costa Teguise!

Location was excellent, we really liked staying in Costa Teguise. The apartment was close to everything, it was quiet, it had pool to use, apartment was very well equipped and it had beautiful balcony. Price was also pretty good. :) Apartment could be a bit more cleaner. We found two cockroaches, one under the bed and another one in the kitchen. We contacted support and they told us these bugs are normal on Lanzarote. Cushions were a bit hard for us.
