We offer you a spectacular independent villa located in one of the most charming towns on the island. If what you want is relaxation, this is your place! Nazareth is a very quiet residential town located at the top of a mountain, which will allow you to enjoy unbeatable views. It is located in a key geographical point, right in the center of the island. Ideal to spend a few days disconnecting and visiting the main areas of interest.

Our villa has everything you need: it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms (one of them en suite), dressing room, large living-dining room and a family kitchen where you can enjoy a magnificent breakfast.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, juicer and all the necessary cooking utensils.

In the house you will have a hair dryer and everything you need to wash your clothes in a specific area, towels, sheets, as well as Smart TV and WIFI. Satellite receiver with more than 200 television channels in English, German and French. In addition to parking area.

As the weather is always good, you can also relax on one of the house's three terraces, enjoy a swim in the outdoor pool or have a barbecue, all while contemplating panoramic views of the entire southern area of ​​the island.

Guests are required to show a valid ID upon check-in.

Fantastic

Fantastic villa with amazing views. Private and in a quiet location but only a five minute drive, 20 minute walk from the beautiful village of Teguise where there is plenty of choice of restaurants. Check in and check out was the easiest and best I have experienced of any via we have rented. Would definitely recommend this villa and a big thanks to the host Alejandro

Beautiful villa in prime position

Lovely detached recently built villa in a great location. Very quiet position with good views across the valley to the coast and hills. Good size rooms and terrace with room to spread out and find a quiet corner. Furnished roof terraces are a bonus. South facing so good sunshine all day. Easy drive to resorts and attractions. Good windsurfers beach with sand about 15 minute drive north. Teguise is a great local town (five minute drive) - very pretty with some good restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our stay here and will return, which is rare for us. Minor point - satellite TV does not have British channels. Not a problem for us but may be for other Brits. Recommended villa

Little things matter

Fab heated pool and outside space. Comfortable beds and generous indoor spaces. Bathrooms ok. Villa as we expected and better than the photos. Kitchen disappointing as NO DISHWASHER!!! We wanted to eat at the villa as space so fab but soon grew tired of all the washing up. Simple low cost improvements could be made - pool suitable 'glasses', basic kitchen supplies, bread knife, sink drainer, salt & pepper,oil and vinegar, more bin liners and a full container of washing up liquid, mirrors near sockets in bedrooms, wifi upstairs as well as down, chest of drawers in bedroom. All small things and all comments by others are the same so please no standard response needed just sad as so simple to fix and then it would be 10/10! CIH responsive and helpful. We slept well and had a lot of fun as an adult family. Thank you.

J'ai appris deux jours avant mon départ que ma famille et moi-même ne serions pas dans la maison que nous avions réservée ! Une autre maison dans un autre village! Nous allions soit disant être surclassés ce qui n'a pas du tout été le cas. Aucun accueil particulier par Canaryislandhost. La maison était bien placée mais il manquait beaucoup de choses pour un confort minimal, pas de cafetière, une seule serviette par personne, pas de tapis de bain, juste 6 couverts donc une machine après chaque repas, pas d'aspirateur, aucun produit de première nécessité, sel poivre, liquide vaisselle. Alejandro de Canaryislandshost n'a jamais pris le temps de nous contacter pendant le séjour pour répondre à nos questions et nos demandes. Aucune excuse de vive voix et aucune compensation pour le désagrément. En conclusion, très mauvaise expérience de cette agence.

Sehr gutes Haus, sehr komfortabel. Ein Haus mit Stil eingerichtet. In idealer Lage ist die gesamte Insel von der Terrasse aus zu sehen. Es hat alles was Sie brauchen, Küchenutensilien, Tische und Stühle der Terrasse, Grill. Der Poolbereich ist perfekt, wir haben uns verliebt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall bald wiederkommen. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus.
