"Check-in was slow, just one person handling and there was a line - it took about 15 minutes. Bed was comfortable. Physical plant is aging. It's near the airport and the water pipes for showers was very loud from about 5:00 am on. Good price though."

"We did not have a beach view from our room but the beach was easy to access. The beach also had chairs and umbrellas for anyone to use on a first come, first serve basis. Breakfast is only hot on the weekends but it was certainly above average. Our room was small but still fine for us. An iron and ironing board can be obtained downstairs. My biggest recommendation is to better staff the front desk. They leave by 5pm or so each day and can be difficult to find. Also valent parking is required and is $30/day. "

"It was very nice, I wish the shuttle would have taken us over to the shopping area which was on the same property, I am handicap and have a hard time walking, I did it but would have been nice to go back for dinner but was exhausted from doing it once."

"Our room barely had a beach view and it had a very large jacuzzi tub which easily could have fit another queen or king bed instead. "

"This property is more for travelers going on cruises at the nearby port. We had to move to another room as they gave us an adjoining room & the people in other room were extremely noisy. The room we moved to had a sewage smell in the bathroom. The water was a brown color. I read that Ft. Lauderdale is changing their water system & the water is safe to drink. The breakfast was good & the front desk staff was nice. The pool was nice & the rooms were clean but need some TLC."

"The staff was great who was able to in get me in for early check in and immediately changed my room when to had issues with the initial room. My low scoring is because none of my specific request prior to check in was fulfilled. The sheets was dirty, the bed is low and not beneficial for someone with a bad back and neck. Even though the hotel looks renovated you can clearly see it’s old and a lil run down. The bathroom down at the bottom was splitting, the iron had built up calcium that ruined a top. I was willing to pay for the breakfast Buffett which I paid over $50 for mines and my husband breakfast which was not worth the price. I literally ate 2 shot-glass of granola Parfait cup because everything else was horrible from the smelly eggs, soggy French toast, hard and salty sausage links and all of the breads/bagels were all hard."

"The hotel was beautiful. My daughter and I felt very safe. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shopping. The beach was breath taking. We had an amazing stay."

"Nice beach view if you get paradise view room, room cleanliness can be better, staff needs to add more pool umbrellas. Amazing drinks!"
