"I tried to cancel with them on May 20 and they would not. They said I didn’t have a reservation and so they didn’t cancel and then they charged me for it on June 15 I negotiated it down and they should’ve gave me a full refund because they said I didn’t have a reservation"

"Our visit was great! Just a few things for future patrons, the room upstairs has no lights, an air conditioner in the window and the beds conclude of an air mattress and a regular mattress.
