Hi Susan, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: -We use a professional cleaning company that does a thorough job of preparing the home between guests, but we sincerely apologize if certain areas were overlooked. The previous guest checked out and as it was a same-day turnover, we only had a matter of hours to get the home ready for your arrival. With cleanliness concerns, we ask that guests reach out so we can prove its validity and resolve any issue immediately. -The kitchen is well stocked, we provide basic kitchen amenities for guests. We understand being able to cook during your stay is important to most guests, so we provide kitchen supplies for your convenience. If there are any specific items not included, we invite you to reach out to the local guest contact. -While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own. We have house rules in place for the safety of our home and guests. We were disappointed to find the condition your group left the home. -We were disappointed to find the water filter from the refrigerator that supplies the water dispenser left on the counter, this flooded the kitchen and dining area since you failed to turn off the water. Removing the filter caused the water to continue to drip from the refrigerator creating pools of water throughout the kitchen. Unfortunately, we had to spend extra time and expenses to get the home ready for the next guests. We kindly ask that guests follow our house rules and be respectful of our home. -We strive to provide a comfortable environment and to ensure efficiency, the lawn is consistently maintained and mowed regularly. -We are very sorry for the unfortunate setback in the Wifi. This was a concern for everyone in the area due to contributing weather conditions sometimes external factors are out of our control. We understand your frustration with how this impacted your stay. -We do provide towels and washcloths and if you need a replacement set, we would have been more than happy to resolve this issue during your stay had you reached out. -A toaster is available for guests to use, and it is stored in the cabinet. Most of our guests have a wonderful time staying at our property. We try to do our best to take care of any concerns that may come up and to go above and beyond to make sure all of our guests are happy!
