"Honestly, the hotel inside of the room looked very old falling apart. I had to notify the front office that we wanted our room cleaned if not, they wouldn't do it themselves. they will not change your towels or bedsheets unless you tell them. The pool was clean."

- Refreshing outdoor pool sanctuary with a sauna and health club for a rejuvenating Tijuana retreat.
"Front desk employees and kitchen staff went out of their way to assist my guests who were waiting with me in the lobby. They were waiting for a ride to cross the bother with an infant. They help mom with support to warm up the food and the bottle of milk for the baby.
Also they make sure I got my ride to the airport next day arranging transportation and calling for a wake up call.
I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn hotel! It was an amazing customer service experience.
