Very nice reception, friendly and helpful. They also provide room service. Heater was tiny but workable for Sep. standing in the bath for shower was not ideal, cracked & missing tiles on the floor. Spa was not working, but pool was okay.

Overall the hotel and room were a little tired. Staff were helpful. Had problem with tv which had to get sorted at 8:30pm. Staff did their best but get the feeling the place needs some money spent on it.
