Parking was good and safe. The shower was dangerous as it was an open shower and water went everywhere. Very slippery. Heat pump did not work on hot and it was a freezing night. The staff did bring us a small heater to use.

This place is the best spot in all of Paihia. Heated pools, raised private level, ocean view, best rooms, great service, beach and playground across the road, easy parking and access, and best price. Once you stay here you never will stay anywhere else but here everytime.. Many thanks. Cheers
