Fantastic Stay 👌😍

I stayed at Maxela apartments for almost one week and I didn’t want to leave. I felt like home there. The apartment itself was Gorgeous, tastefully decorated, with wonderfully comfortable, top class, beds and pillows. I can say that there was all possible facilities, including fine Wi-Fi, among huge selection of cable channels and ability to Netflix. Good location, just 10 minutes walking distance from the metro station. 24 hour shops and restaurants are nearby The staff went over and above to ensure a wonderful stay. They gave me suggestions about sightseeing and planed incredibly great tour for me. I wish I could have stayed longer. I look forward to my next visit!

What I like about this place is how they make you feel at home. Very good staff and hospitality, they will help with whatever you need. Also walking distance from markets and restaurants. Clean amenities and room. Would stay again!

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! It is a scam!

This is the worst booking i uave made in my life. Everything mentioned about this place it not true! It is not worth even 1 star. There is no way it got all this great review. It is locate dway too far from the center. You need a car to drive you for about 15 minutes. The building is about to fall! The elevator os from the early 1900 and u need coins to use it, it is too small to fit more than 2 persons. The buildibg and the apartment are just old and dirty. The furniture is stained up and down, worn down and broken. We booked 5 nights, and we stayed 1 hour only. They refused to refund anything yet we left because it was unbareable!! Not to mention we had to circle the area to find the entrance, and there was non cisible, no sign no nothing! We asked from local person to call the hotel and someone came out and let us in!!!

Wuerde das Apt. wieder mieten ! Da es keine 'Rezeption' gibt, muss man bei der Ankunft anrufen, dass man vor der Tuer steht !! (ggf. bereits bei der Taxiabfahrt am Flugplatz)

Cleanliness, interior, facilities, everything was amazing, very nice, and comfortable. We stayed there with our baby and they brought us baby crib, we are so thankful for that. There is nice atmosphere. I have stayed to different hotels and apartments before but this one is definitely my favorite. Staff was very nice and helpful. Small balcony is a big plus. It’s really worth staying.

Not great experience

We were offer a room which was not originally advertised and it looked completely different to what we paid for. However, I didn’t argue on that point as the room was fairly comfortable. However, the house keeping was not done regularly and we had to call the owner/manager every day to get the apartment cleaned. Only the bathroom was mopped and the bin were emptied. On the last day there was no gas in the apartment which meant there was no heating and hot water. No one informed us about the situation and we had to encounter a lot of difficulties on the final day with two young kids.
