The hotel location was fantastic and we loved the rooftop restaurant with its amazing views during breakfast. However, the service could have been better—our TV remote was broken and despite requesting assistance, there was no response or solution. Overall, though, the comfort, views, and breakfast were great.

Good but...

When we wanted to book it says the hotel has restaurant and bar but they said they permanently closed them. So it’s a lie to advertise and get money and then…. Another problem is the service that we should call them several times to send just a simple drinking water. The room was clean and comfortable and location was great.

One thing I absolutely love about this property is a breakfast. It is served on picturesque terrace on top of the building with a city view and very-very good in terms of dishes One thing I do not like is that after check-in I was put in the room with a heavy smell of smoke. Like somebody was smoking in the room. Staff provided me another room for one night and refreshed the air. I moved back, but cannot get why smoke smell could not be removed during regular room cleaning, without waiting for me to complain.

It was a lovely boutique style hotel room, the staff was so friendly. We enjoyed the views from the two patios, there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby that we were able to visit. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast that the hotel provided was very convenient especially after a long night.I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Amazing hotel to stay, with a great staff. Also location is perfect its the center of Marjanishvili. They took such good care of us. For weddings its the perfect hotel to shoot some videoclips and photo’s!

I won't do it again

First thing you notice in tbilisi is people treatment are super bad specially if your from the middle east, the size of the room is great and it has two balconies and a living room, but it wasn't my room they gave it to me because they didnt clean my room by the time of check in, the room was hot AC is not properly working, hair on the bathroom floor, the second day wall paper started to peel off 😂 bottom line .. don't do it

3 gün ailem ile konakladım. Otelin konumu çok iyi, çalışanları oldukça yardımcı, odalar ve otelin geneli gayet temiz. Yataklar çok rahat. Tek kötü tarafı kahvaltısı hiç çeşit yok, elbette aç kalmıyorsunuz bir şekilde karnınız doyuyor ama çok kısıtlı bir açık büfe pek lezzetli olduğu da söylenenmez. Ama kahvaltı salonunun manzarası çok iyi 👍👍

Jó, de egy kicsit igénytelen

A szállás jó helyen van és összességében jó színvonalú, de a hibák kijavítása és eltüntetése terén lehetne egy kicsit igényesebb. Értem ezalatt a kopások, beázások és más használati sérülések utáni javítások nagyon gagyi és csúnya kivitelezését. További negatívum a nagy üvegablakok zárjainak rossz működése és emiatt a szigetelés tökéletlensége. Mindezektől függetlenül jól éreztük magunkat, de valószínűleg a 100 méteres körzetben található két másik olcsóbb szálloda is ugyanilyen jó választás lett volna. A New Tiflis a minőséggel emelkedhetne ezek fölé, de pont e téren mutatta meg a gyengeségeit!

Das New Tiflis Hotel ist ein sehr schönes und gut gelegenes Hotel. Im direkten Umfeld war alles was man braucht da. Kioske, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Metro, u.A. Das Frühstück schmeckt gut und das Personal war nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

A friend and I stayed at the New Tiflis Hotel for 10 nights in July 2019. The room and bathroom were in a good condition, spacious and clean. The WIFI was at times a bit unstable – but that is not uncommon since a lot of things can interfere with the signal. If stable internet is very important to you – you could but a SIM card with data from Magticom which is located further up the street. We enjoyed the hotels breakfast (they might consider getting a toaster). My overall conclusion is: I can highly recommend the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff does a thorough job.

Was there loyalty customer BUT not go there again!

I was my 7th time went to this hotel. before was better and good services but in last 2 times really was awful service. Even they know me as a loyalty customer and even my creadit card was on my profile when i book and even i am the Gold member of the hotels.com, everyday they asked me about payoff my rooms,and in 3rd day the stopped my wife to asked her for money, I was shocked!!!! and really not to go there again. Cleanliness is not good specialty in the bathrooms and always many many things was around the drainage of bathrooms everyday. and in rooms number 504 the drain in bathroom does not work well and during of shower you should be careful about that. and internet was not work at all and always you should reconnect your devices. and 3 nights was a fight according to one arabian club front them exactly around 3 am and you can not sleep if you have a street view,

シンクが詰まっていて水の流れが悪く 不便だった。トイレのお尻洗いのホースが壊れていて 使えなかった。 2時のチェックインには、部屋の掃除が終わっていなく、 1時間30分もロビーで待たされた。

Parveke oli ihana Huoneessa joitain pieniä puutteita: - vaatteille tilaa ei ole riittävä kahdelle - kylpyhuoneessa ei ole riittävästi riipustuskoukkuja pyyhkeille - wc paperia ei ollut koskaan varalla, vaan joka kerta piti pyytää kun loppui - henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, paitsi meidän viimeisenä iltanä 7.5.18 yövuorossa receptionissa oleva on sähläänyt kaiken
