Much better hotels available for the price

The hotel is poor, particularly given the price. The bed was atrocious, the breakfast poor, an odd smell in the room.. but for me the worst part was when they wanted to charge me $25 to arrange a taxi to the airport (pro tip - use Taxify and it costs 25 lari).

Inconvenient hotel

I had to leave the hotel earlier than I had planned because the room was not clean enough and after I changed the room, the second one had the same problems.I mean the bathroom was not clean at all. Also the mattress was not comfortable.

Boutique kind of hotel.

Nice and convenient location. Old furniture. Beds were just spring beds and were not very comfortable. Bathrooms were stinking. A/CS were not very good. They could have taken care of customers better.

Stay away from Hotel Iliani

I was highly disappointed with my stay at Hotel Ilianai.The room was in a dilapidated condition.The non -functional table lamps, fridge, improper lighting made the room very gloomy.I even requested the hotel to change my room,but they didn't heed to my request eventhough there were other rooms available.There was lack of basic amenities like tea coffee machine, hot water in the bathroom,drinking water in the room.I would request hotels.com to do due diligence before including any room in their panel.

Wir haben im Hotel sechs Nächte übernachtet. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig und nah zum Zentrum. Das Personal ist sehr nett, aber das Hotel ist kein 4-Sterne Hotel, sondern mit maximum 2 Sternen.

Hotel convenient to shops

No clocks in the room. No computers either. But the room is clean and quiet. Staff is very accommodating and do their best to please. Short walking distance to shops and sights too' from the hotel. Traffic lights are rare though and you take your life in your hands crossing the street---IF you can cross the street

Everything needed for a short stay in Tblisi

My wife and I chose this hotel for price and relative accessibility to football stadium (about 20 minute walk). Reception is permanently manned, room was clean and bathroom fully functional (with sink and bath plugs!) although somewhat quirky on the drainage. Buffet breakfast was excellent value for money with a good wholesome selection once you navigate the basement corridors. We were on the top floor, the bedroom itself was much better than expectation and had a charm of it's own. Wi-Fi was absolutely superb.
