Each bedroom has HUGE closets quiet uncommon of Georgian culture, and all have their own restroom. The estate is nestled into the heart of old persevered Tibilisi! Just steps from renouned shops, resturants, cafe’s and so much more. They say location. location, location! The Q&B does not disappoint. The Estate has been remolded top to bottom in 2019. One of our most prized sections is our downstairs speak easy with a roaring fireplace. A room that is filled with laughter, the best vino and memories for a lifetime to come! a bar, free WiFi and a shared lounge. The property also provides guests with a sun terrace, Free wifi, optional turn over service and optional in house chef services, please ask us about these add ons! We are fluent in English, Russian and Georgian,Quite often hotels over promise and underdeliver, here at the Estate and Q&B its quite the contrary!

Great stay, exactly as expected!

We had a great time staying at the house, everything was described exactly as is. Communication whenever any issues arose was prompt--and Sopo made our stay easy and enjoyable! Thanks so much!

Great Place

This is the perfect place in a near perfect location. The rooms are pretty sound proof which is nice when there are others walking around. The only issues I had was slow draining water which I fixed with declogger and then the floor drains smelling fixed by putting water with dish soap down it. The shared yard feels a bit odd given your walking into a very nice place and the other houses use a shared bathroom. Overall I would stay again.
