A convenient location right next to metro and by local airport bus stop. Comfortable room with satisfactory breakfast. Helpful staff. Room 404 though only had a small side window so was a bit gloomy

급할때 숙소가 없을따 사용할 집

숙소 위치는 너무 좋아요. 역 바로 앞이라서. 그런데 청결은 정말 안좋았어요. 벽지는 얼룩이 있었고 화장실엔 곰팡이가 많았고 샤워헤드에서는 사방으로 물이 튀었어요. 창문이 복도로 나있어서 해가 들지않고 환기를 할 수 없었어요. 방안에 하수구에서 사는 나방이 여러마리 나왔어요

安全な場所で便利な立地。

メトロの駅とバス停のそばでスーパーも両替所もスーパーも目と鼻の先です。観光スポットにも10分も歩くとすぐ行けます。 これくらいの値段のホテルでは何を基準に何を求めるかだと思います。正直、朝ごはんは大変おいしかったのてですが、コバエが1、2匹飛んでいましたし、網戸がないので部屋の掃除が入った後に入ったのか黄金虫が部屋に居たりなどありました。ルームサービスの紅茶のティーバッグはむき出しで、交換してくれたバスタオルの一部が乾ききらずしめっていたことが1度ありました。でもタオルは毎日新しいものに交換されていました。屋上に出る踊り場で洗濯されたタオルが沢山は干されていました。それがその国での基準と受け入れてしまえば快適に過ごせます。それはホテル周辺の街を少し歩くと、現地の人の生活が少しわかってきます。 日本基準のサービスとクオリティを求めるなら、マリオットなどに泊まる事をオススメします。小さなホテルですので子供か階段でさわげば丸聞こえですし、夜中に帰ってくる大人が大声で話せばうるさいてす。普通のアパートの一室の感じでした。 5泊しましたがフロントの方々は皆親切で誰もが毎日声をかけてくれました。オーナーの女性は毎日何をしたのか？と聞いてくるので最終日にはすっかり仲良くなりました。最後に若い男性スタッフさをが大きなスーツケースを歩いて5分くらいのバス停まで運んでくれました。 シャワーやトイレが新しく使い勝手も良かったので私はまた機会があったら利用したいです。

My Top 5: 1. Location: steps from the Metro, 1 station to Freedom Square, 2 stations to Rustaveli Avenue. Walking distance to Europe Square and from there to the Old Town. 2. Excellent breakfast for a small hotel 3. Wonderful views of Tbilisi from the 6th floor terrace 4. Lovely, warm and flexible staff. Some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. 5. Clean, comfortable rooms, adequate size. For the infrequent traveler the area may seem a bit rough around the edges but it’s safe, it’s just busy.

地下鉄入口のそばにあるホテル。Tsminda Sameba Cathedralやロープウェイの駅などへ歩いて行け、観光に好立地。歯ブラシなどのアメニティやスリッパ、バスローブなどはそろっている。私の泊まった部屋は窓が廊下に面していため、ほとんどカーテンを閉めていたがそれ以外は快適に過ごせるホテル。スタッフはフレンドリー。朝食は種類は多くないが少数精鋭で美味しかった。コストパフォーマンスも良く、立地重視の人におすすめ！

Хорошая гостиница в одном шаге от метро. Чисто, уютно, удобно, терраса с красивым видом на крыше, за углом небольшой супермаркет, также рядом небольшой фермерский рынок. До старого города пешком минут 7-10 по симпатичной улочке. Wi-Fi работает стабильно. Не очень порадовала только близость дороги, её было слышно в номере. И завтрак не совсем на наш вкус: вместо сытных сложных блюд, которые мало кто ест на завтрак, побольше бы сыра, овощей, зелени, выпечки. Но в целом гостиницу однозначно рекомендую.

Новый год на Авлабаре

Останавливался со своей девушкой в отеле Piazza на Новый год. Выбрал семейный номер с балконом и видом на город (комната 503) именно из-за вида и ни разу не пожалел, вид был прямо на крепость Нарикала, а под окнами армянская церковь. Очень душевно попить с утра кофе, а вечером вина с таким видом перед глазами. Сама гостиница новая, работает с 2016 г., пятый этаж вообще открыли только полгода назад. На данный момент все чистое и свежее. Горничная убирала в номере каждый день. Администраторы на рецепции очень отзывчивые, помогали со всеми вопросами. Завтраки весьма неплохие для гостиницы среднего ценового диапазона - есть и выбор, и все довольно вкусно. На Новый год хозяева отеля организовали для гостей сладкий стол с вином. Мы с девушкой сперва собирались выпить по пару бокалов и идти в город смотреть праздничный концерт, но в итоге получилось такое душевное застолье, что никуда мы так и не пошли))) Из плюсов, гостиница очень удачно расположена географически, в 20 метрах от Авлабарской прощади. Можно пешком дойти до любых достопримечательностей в центре. Если идти лень или надо сэкономить время, то около нее всегда пасутся таксисты, а станция метро Авлабари находится в ста метрах. Рядом есть пару продуктовых магазинов и рыночек с фруктами. Минусы, наверное. тоже можно было бы найти, но настроение было такое благостное, что не стали искать.
