Good location, in the old part of Tbilisi. Walkable distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, clubs. Big room with balcony and nice view from it. Excellent breakfast. Amicable, helpful staff. Overall, we liked our hotel.

Maybe it was my luck that the portion of the street right in front of the hotel was blocked due to street construction which had been started two days before my arrival and lasted for couple more days. love the hospitality and homemade breakfast made by the kind ladies there, somedays Sabina and somedays Malvina. Overall the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was good but the only time I saw dirt was when I dropped something under the bed and had to move the bed a little and I saw a lot of debris there.

Location is not ideal. Taxis refuse to go to the hotel because roads are closed. Very hard to walk on uphill cobblestones to reach the hotel. Safe doesn't work. Water leaks out of the shower stall. Towels are too worn out and almost threadbare. Staff are just ok. Not well versed in English language. I'm not too picky that's why it is ok overall for the price.
