This was the best hotel of the trip, staff we knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was clean and even got a turn downed room in the afternoon (not requested). I had to check out before breakfast, so they made me a lunch for the airport. Solid tick!

Fabulous value — the hotel was super responsive, check in was painless, very well located. Our AC in the room wasnt working too well, but the massive balcony doors made up for it. We had a lovely stay, highly recommend!

This is the perfect place to traveling Tbilisi. The old town is in close enough so that you could spend more time to explore. Room is quiet, clean and cozy but especially stuff are so helpful and cheerful!! I took early morning flight, they brought a taxi to get airport. I definitely recommend this place and strongly believe this hotel is the best I’ve ever been!!!

They didn’t have enough space for 3 people in the room. This room should be for 2 people. We were 3 women and there wasn’t a hanger for our towels and our coats. Also they didn’t have a hairdryer as we asked because bathrooms hairdryer wasn’t good enough for 3 women to dry our hair. Parking was easy outside and breakfast was good. Staff was polite.

New hotel not far from the city center.

The hotel is not far from the bridges to the city center. Especially if you drive by car it is a good option because there is sufficient parking space around. The staff are often just hanging around, the room is good and so is the bed. Daily cleaning of the room. Good WiFi. Breakfast is not very special, the coffee is not good.

Pros: - Room was very clean - Breakfast was good, included some Georgian foods - Location is convenient for the city centre - Price was extremely reasonable - Rooftop terrace has a nice view Negatives - Noise from the hallway/stairs was very audible in the room - Other people have mentioned the smell of cigarettes and I had this too. Only on one of the days, not when I first arrived, so I assume it has pentrated from a different room or outside or through the ventilation

beware Tbilisi airport taxis- prepare by ensuring you have pre-arranged phone data access or buy SIM on arrival in booth as TBS wifi doesn’t work and you’ll have no choice but to use fixed rate taxi at 80lari !! ( local ride app can be 25% of this but you need data access to use). hotel gr8, check in guy a mine of useful information, nice room, very clean modern hotel, quiet, good & varied breakfast, local ride app based travel super cheap, buses also. hotel is short walk to cable car and lots of sights, several buses from end of road - recommended
