Golf Hotels & Resorts in Tazewell from AU$98

"I arrived at the hotel and was told that they didn’t have my reservation. This was a nightmare. They were able to print off my booking, but continued to tell me that hotels.com didn’t pay them. The money had already been taken out of my bank, so I could not afford to purchase another room at the time. I stayed in the lobby on the phone trying to figure out the issue with hotels.com and the manager came out telling me that I needed to leave. This was almost 12am and I had nowhere to go. They told me I could not remain in the lobby to find out the issue. The two ladies were very rude and inconsiderate. "

"We stayed in one of the cottages..it was a nice weekend break..Staff was friendly & helpful at check in & check out..Also ate at the lodge (catfish & cheeseburger & salad bar..catfish was some of the best ive had & the salad bar was nice also.) Also had their continental breakfast was nice..eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles cereal, oatmeal,bagels, bread, danishes & drinks..Restaurant staff where very friendly & helpful also"

"Staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Eggs, sausage and bacon, biscuits n gravy, scones, delicious coffee with creamers, yogurt, waffles, and toast. I will stay here again for sure. "
