"There is a dumpster on one side of hotel that belongs to a shopping center and random people were throwing stuff in all day and night long and the lid would bang shut. Comfort inn needs to talk with the business’s who oversee and rent the dumpster to see about locking for only employees so people who are Not even supposed to be using the dumpster are not disrupting comfort inn guests.
