The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to have our room available early so we could check in after an early morning flight. Breakfast was fantastic with many delicious choices.
The website states that there is an airport shuttle available but this means they will call a taxi and you will pay the driver.

We had a lovely suite at the Cosmos. Room was more than adequate. Clean, 3 balconies, all the amenities needed. One blind was broken so we could never raise it to. See out of that window.
We needed a room for an extra night due to ferries being canceled because of high winds; they were able to accommodate us. Staff was helpful overall.
Dining options nearby are quite close with a market available as well.
