Divino el hotel! La habitacion muy comoda! El servicio espectacular! Lo unico malo fue que se demoro 30 minutos el carro en llegar cuando lo pedimos y nos dijeron que se demoraba 10. De resto todo espectacular

I trust hotels.com because it says this hotel was 3 stars then pictures were ok, but, been in there is so bad, indeed I cancelled and sent and e-mail with pictures about how it looks and I want my whole refund.
