This place really surprised me. The pictures do not do it justice. I stayed in a non-smoking room, not sure what smoking floors are like. Staff there are very helpful.

Really good value for money. 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal with loads of food options on its doorstep. Very clean and comfortable with toiletries provided.

Excellent hotel in Tawau

Really great hotel- staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 4 nights and couldn't have asked for anything more. Excellent wifi. English speaking staff at reception. Great area with lots of shops and restaurants to explore. Would highly recommend if you seen in tawau for any length of time!

The water pressure for the shower is good but the towel provided is dark and looked unclean. Overall, the room is clean.

Everything is fine, except I repeatedly couldn't get any WiFi connections for my laptop. As a result, I couldn't proceed to complete my work. The friendly receptionist was trying his best to help but to no avail. Hope the hotel management will look into the problem and strive to provide a better WiFi service for all potential guests.

Tawau zona da evitare

Camera di quint’ordine, bagno fatiscente. Tutto sommato pulito. La zona fa veramente schifo e oltre a qualche topo in giro e qualche bancarella di cibo locale (preparato Dio solo sa dove e come), non esiste null’altro. Qualche barbiere al massimo.

Very clean and comfortable. Toiletries are complete in the bathroom. If you're staying for the weekend, there's a Sunday market nearby to visit! There's seafood restaurant and nearby grocery store if you need to buy extra stuff.

Nice, clean and fresh

Nice, clean and fresh hotel in Semporna. Easy base to walk around town and access restaurants. Didn't hear a peep from outside or any other guests. Reception staff were super helpful in organising an early morning ride to Tawau and got us a great price. Only negative would be that i found the bed way too hard... felt like 10cm of padding on top of a slab of wood. Don't know that i could have handled more than 2 nights purely from the mattress perspective. Other than that would recommend it.

The best hotel in Tawau. It was clean, felt new, affordable, and has an elevator. It’s across the street from the seafood court. Kam Ling is wonderful. Centrally located, and very convenient for shopping.

場所柄選択肢が少なく適当に選んだホテルだったが低価格にもかかわらず思いの外対応が良く感じの良いホテルでした。目の前の海鮮レストランがあって良いのですが高めであまりおすすめ出来ません。高評価なのでこのホテルの為にも是非掲載してほしい！hotels.comには意図的な不掲載をやめてほしい！

Smelly sheets

The hotel and everything else was okay except the smell of the bedsheets and towels. They smelled like they didn't put detergent in the laundry and it smelled really horrible. Even when I was sleeping face up, I could still smell it. Not a pleasant experience. Had a booking with the same hotel a few days later and went to hurriedly cancel the booking.

Pleasant and relaxing.

I was quite sick when I arrived. The desk told me where to find a health clinic and it was a positive experience. Also found me a breakfast place near the hotel. The local breakfast was not the best. The air conditioner was too floral for me and I mentioned it to the desk and they immediately changed the air filters. Good area for shopping for essentials. I enjoyed my stay and the people were warm and welcoming.
