"This was an amazing resort. The beach bar I discovered a little too late had happy hour every day starting at three. I love happy hour! Prices were a little higher than most other places, but the resort was very posh. It wasn’t all that outrageous."

"Wonderful peaceful place that overlooks the ocean. Nice pool, good food, bar, it’s off the beaten path a bit so get a scooter. They are very accommodating for anything you need. Brought me a scooter for 500php a day. Nice little Honda. Laura who runs the place and her boyfriend are really great people. You will feel like an old friend. Reasonably priced compared to every one else around. Not necessarily a beach but access to the water for snorkeling. I spent a week and would definitely stay again. "

"We stayed here for almost two months and had a wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the swimming pool and garden are beautiful. The location is perfect—within walking distance to the town centre and Alona Beach, yet set in a quiet and peaceful area. The WiFi isn’t the fastest, but still reliable enough for remote work, which was important for us. In person, the hotel is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Bohol. "

"This property has a certain charm, is very atmospheric with pretty gardens, but seems passed its prime. The room we were given smelled strongly of mold, the private pool was too gross to swim in, the small beach was not inviting and everything generally felt decrepit, dirty and in poor condition. After complaining and showing staff our issues with the room, we were eventually moved to another one which was much better. Our experience wasn't great but some may like it and staff was responsive. Seemed very over priced despite private pool."
