In the lovely fishing village of Santa Luzia, within a high quality and recent condominium, you will enjoy a magnificent stay in this luxury and spacious apartment for your family summer holiday but also to benefit from the Algarve's mild climate during spring, autumn and winter seasons.

The apartment of near 100 square metres is located on the ground floor of the condominium and it encompasses:
- a high quality air conditioning system in all rooms
- a master suite with one large double bed and dedicated bathroom with shower and toilet. This suite also includes a safe.
- a bedroom with 2 single beds
- a bathroom with bath and toilet
- a fully-equiped kitchen containing vitroceramic cooking tops, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer with also numerous crockery and kitchen appliances (micro-oven, kettle, juicer, ...)
- a bright living room with comfortable sofa (convertible in double bed), 37" LCD TV with USB port, DVD player, Satellite channels, free Wifi through highspeed DSL
- a terrace with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue. The terrace allows a secured access to the inner garden and to the common outdoor swimming pool 10m x 5m of the condominium (the outdoor swimming pool is fully enclosed to secure children access, depth is between 1m and 1,60m , the outdoor swimming pool is open from May to October only). A sun-heated indoor swimming pool is also at your disposal all the year except for July and August to avoid noise and neighbourhood problems.
- a free car park in the basement (access through elevator and stairways)

With the unique location of the fishing village of Santa Luzia in the heart of the Ria Formosa Natural Park, the access to the beaches are allowed thanks to:
- Praia da Terra Estreita Beach : lowcost 10-minutes transfer boat from Santa Luzia Dock at 5-minutes walk from the apartment
- Praia do Barril Beach : lowcost 5-minutes transfer train from Pedras d'el Rei Dock at 15-minutes walk/2-minutes by car
Such geographical uniqueness in Algarve makes possible to access rather uncrowded beaches compared to other Algarve beaches during peak season.

Important informations about the rental:
- a security deposit of 200 euros in cash, refundable at the end of your stay, will be claimed during the check-in at your arrival. It covers any property damage that might occur during your stay.
- check-in must be performed between 4pm and 7pm. Extra fees of 50 euros will be applied if performing check-in after 7pm.
- sheets and towels are supplied and the cleaning of the appartment and sheets and towels after check-out is included in the rental price only for one time. If additional cleanings are required, extra fees will apply and those extra cleanings must be requested during your check-in.

30 Days in Santa Luzia

Our experience renting this property was excellent. The location was a short walk to the Main Street. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The building had a lift with clean and convenient underground parking. We found the wifi weak and inconsistent but the property manager dealt with the issue and the owner had the router replaced. We would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Checked out early. Unable to sleep. On weekends in particular those in unit above us up all hours of the night, children out of control, music late into the night. Apartment was very nice and well kept but garbage container outside directly in front of our bedroom was emptied each night approximat3ly 1230. Host was very accommodating but unable to control noise factor as it was out of her control. Total lack of consideration on a continuous basis by upstairs occupant.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Schöne großzügige Räumlichkeiten, sehr gute Klimatisierung, freundliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch Elisabete, super Parkmöglichkeit in der Garage mit direkten Zugang zur Wohnung, sehr schöner Pool, ideal für die beiden Kinder (10+11 Jahre). Störend allerdings die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung sowie fehlende Dinge in der Grundausstattung wie Toilettenpapier, Wischtücher, Spültabs für den Geschirrspüler, fehlende Batterien für den Safe, u.ä. Das Umfeld war herrlich mit wunderschönen Stränden und sehenswerten Städten (z.B. Tavira) mit reichhaltigem Cafe- und Restaurantangebot. Leider konnte man Abends aufgrund der vielen Mücken kaum noch draußen sitzen.

From start to finish everything about this apartment was perfect. Bete met me earlier than necessary to give me keys and tour of apartment. This was definitely a home from home with everything I could possibly need for a holiday stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of using this apartment to go for it !!! Fantástico.

A repetir, adorámos tudo, desde o check in com a D. Elizabete ,a localização, Sta Luzia, que espetáculo (exceptuando os restaurantes onde fomos), as praia, visitámos a praia estreita e também fomos à praia de Cacela velha, que maravilha. Agradecemos a Deus por esta dádiva.

Estadia dentro das expectativas. Casa bastante completa e funcional. Recomendo análise ao wifi, que não funcionou a 100%. No que respeita ao elevador e à piscina interior deve ser clarificado o anúncio, dado que o elevador não funcionava e foi-nos dito que a piscina interior só poderia ser usada no inverno Não é essa a informação que está no anúncio.

Excellent apartment

We enjoyed the apartment very much: very well furnished and equipped with everything you may need, extremely clean, superbly located... Attention and reception from the owners was also excellent, also including welcome beverages, extra linen, etc. What we did not like so much is the fact that, being it at ground level, it was more affected by the plague of cockroaches affecting Santa Luzia. Apart from that, it was excellent!

Férias em tempo de pandemia

A localização é boa, local sossegado. A entrada apesar de comum é espaçosa e os cruzamentos com outras pessoas não é problemático. Está a poucos minutos, a pé do cais de embarque para a praia da Terra Estreita (espetacular) e também a pé ou de carro do acesso para a praia do Barril, muito perto de Tavira. Possui ainda a piscina comum ao condomínio. A noite no condomínio foi pouco calma, na primeira semana, até quase à meia noite, devido à grande algazarra das brincadeiras das crianças. Segunda semana pacífica.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable a l'appartement de Filipe Almeida. C'est très bien équippé. L'appartement est assez grand, on était deux adultes et deux garcons. Midi-octobre, il y avait peu de monde au bâtiment, comme ca, c'était calme. Nous nous reverrons un jour ou l'autre. Klaus (âge 52) de l'Allemagne

Perfect appartement

In alle opzichten een perfect appartement in een leuk dorpje. De ontvangst was veelbelovend, met veel adviezen. Er ontbrak niets!!! We komen hier graag nog eens terug.
