Historic house by the river nº 42

  • Single storey house in the historic area of Tavira, next to the Gilão river and the Roman bridge.
    House completely restored with many architectural details. It does not have air conditioning because it has very wide walls (1.20m wide) and that keeps the temperature stable inside the house.
    It has a patio with facilities to prepare barbecues and to put a hammock.
    Kitchen equipped with all appliances, including espresso machine, electric kettle and electric juicer.
    Bathrooms with hairdryer.
    Dining room with flat screen TV. Ambient sound throughout the house.
    Living room with flat screen TV, DVD player and Blue ray. Free limited Wi-Fi.
    Board games.
    It is located in the city center and all major tourist attractions.
    Next to our house, there are always craft fairs and the Mediterranean gastronomy fair, with various concerts and other cultural activities. Bicycle rental house on the same street, 7 meters away.

    Lovely historic house in the centre of town.

    Lovely historic house right in the centre of town. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were very modern and well equipped. It was useful to have some cupboard items such as coffee etc. It was quiet even though was in the middle of town. The owner was helpful when we had problems with the key. One of the fans in the small bedroom did not work but I'm sure it would have been sorted out if we had contacted the owner.

    Os proprietários são muito simpáticos e disponíveis, só o facto dos quartos não terem janela é que não é muito agradável . Mas a localização é muito boa, e o pequeno pátio é bom.
