Apartamento excelente, com todas as condições para umas excelentes férias. Área de jardim e piscina muito bem tratadas, estacionamento interior. Localização excelente e tranquila. Na minha opinião o apartamento deveria ter um aspirador. Outra coisa que verifiquei e que teria sido ótimo no meu caso ( claro que deveriam fazer um cálculo e cobrar um valor estimado) visto o lugar de garagem estar preparado para carregar carros elétricos existir essa possibilidade. Seria uma mais valia penso eu.
