  • Located in the picturesque fishing village of Santa Luzia, known as the octopus capital, this comfortable 80 m² apartment welcomes up to 6 guests. There are 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds—and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 more people. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine. Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedrooms. You will also find a TV with Portuguese and international channels, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, and an outdoor shower.



    Enjoy the private balcony with a table and 6 chairs, perfect for outdoor meals. You can also relax in the shared outdoor pool. The apartment is close to the beach, just 5 minutes from the pier to Praia da Terra Estreita and about 5 minutes by car from Praia do Barril and Pedras d’El Rei.



    The property offers 1 parking space in a shared garage with direct elevator access to the ground floor, as well as street parking. Events and pets are not allowed. A travel cot and high chair for babies can be provided on request and subject to availability.



    You will be close to typical restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy fresh fish and seafood on terraces overlooking the Ria Formosa.
