The Turquoise Villa, in the typical Mediterranean style, is located in the enchanting Marina di Mancaversa a few meters from the sea. Furnished with great care, it can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 beds and consists of: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, living room with dining table, 2 bathrooms, one with shower, external shower. The garden of the Villa is equipped with furniture and umbrella ideal for dining in absolute tranquility. It has car parking and washing machine.

Ideal for spending a wonderful holiday, located in a quiet area about 7 km from Gallipoli in Mancaversa and a few meters from a small sandy beach.

Mancaversa is mainly characterized by a low cliff where small beaches wet by the Ionian, clear, transparent and largely uncontaminated sea creep in, offering sea enthusiasts seabed rich in marine flora and fauna and certainly still to be discovered. Nearby all kinds of shops, sports center with tennis courts, five-a-side football pitch, children's playground, restaurants where you can taste the delicious local dishes, green spaces, pharmacy and first aid.

Appartamento ben arredato, pulito, spazioso sia dentro, sia fuori, come da foto annuncio. Ottima la comunicazione con l host Sergio e i consigli sui luoghi e posti da visitare. Nelle vicinanze a 7-8 minuti a piedi c é un alimentari e altri posti per mangiare, presente anche una pizzeria a fianco casa comoda e non rumorosa. Il mare a pochi passi é di fondale roccioso. Spostandosi in macchina a poca distanza si trovano sia spiagge di sabbia che rocciose e tutte in una riserva naturale bellissima con spazi sia liberi, sia a pagamento.

Séjour à Marina di Mancaversa

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Sergio nous a très bien accueilli. La maison était parfaite, conforme à la description. L'emplacement est idéal. La douche extérieure est très appréciable après les baignades. La cuisine est très bien équipée. De très jolies criques sont accessibles à pied depuis la maison. La région est superbe. Casa a pochi chilometri da Gallipoli e da bellissimi lidi. Pulita, nuova e dotata di ogni comodità, aria condizionata compresa! Posto macchina all’interno della villetta, veranda con tavolo e doccia esterna. Presenta un secondo bagno con lavatrice. Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. In zona sono presenti bar, panifici, ristoranti e supermercati molto ben forniti. Consigliatissimo! Ci ritornerei anche domani!

Bellissima casa sul mare

Vacanza rilassante al massimo! Ci siamo trovati benissimo... Casa nuova, pulita e molto bella, curata nei minimi particolari. Molto comoda e fresca, vicinissima al mare: ci andavamo a piedi!!!! Abbiamo trascorso piacevoli serate in giardino con grigliate al barbecue e rilassati in terrazzo! Complimenti al proprietario della casa molto simpatico ed ospitale!!
